Once you've put your thoughts, words and actions out there , you can't take them back. One foot wrong during your "Sales Day" can undo everything else you got right in "a momentary lapse of reason" … Are you in control ?

If you always said and did the right thing at the right time - you could find yourself comfortably positioned at the top of your game in the Sales Arena.

The power of your "mind set" starts the minute you wake up. Any doubt or negativity carried with you, will set your day up with … you guessed it … "outcome negative". There may be problems at home, at work with a frontline colleague or a management issue. If not contained quickly these thoughts will impact on your day's performance.

In keeping with the Law of Attraction, all sales related staff must be disciplined in the esoterical practices of total positive thinking. Your customers will pick up your vibe no matter how convincing you "try" to be. I've never met a sales person with a negative attitude who has been truly successful or embraced by other members of their sales team. The "danger zone" is quite often the staff room. It's the staff room … not the dumping room.

Thought awareness, product belief and knowledge, the ability to influence others positively without ego is without doubt the formula for sales success and future management. One must avoid the crossover into the negative, I call it "'The Dark Side". Its an area driven by the ego and all its alter ego partners …
